"Arrived right when it was supposed to"
I ordered a watch from WoodWatch and was just hoping before my dad’s birthday it would show up. It came when they said it would, the tracking worked fine, and the package looked good when it arrived. No chasing around or weird delay stuff, which I really appreciated. Overall, the delivery was smooth.

"Keeps time well, but the wait was annoying"
I’ve had it for a few weeks now and it’s been keeping time really well overall. I think it was off by a tiny bit once, but not enough to bother me. It looks nice too, so I’m happy with it. The only frustrating part was waiting for it to arrive, that felt longer than it should’ve — but once it finally showed up, I was pleased with it.

"Support was way quicker than I expected"
I had a small issue with my order and reached out to WoodWatch thinking it might take forever, like it usually does with some other online shops. But they actually got back to me quickly and fixed everything without turning it into a whole big process. Compared to a few competitors I’ve dealt with, their support felt much more straightforward and personal. it made the whole situation a lot less stressful.

"Looks nice, just super light"
Looks good. Arrived fine. It’s a nice watch, but it feels really light on my wrist. I get that it’s wood, so that makes sense. Still, it kind of makes it feel less sturdy to me. Not bad. Just not really my thing

"Showed up faster than I expected"
I ordered this on Monday after getting home from work, and figured it would take a bit longer since packages in my area can be hit or miss. But it was sitting at my door by Thursday, which was a nice surprise. Happy with how quick it got here

"Fits great after a small adjustment"
I was a little unsure about the sizing at first, or maybe that was after I tried it on a couple times, I can’t remember. Either way, I ended up removing one link and now it fits really comfortably on my wrist. Not too tight, not too loose. It’s also lighter than I expected, which I really like. I’ve only had it for a bit, I think, but so far I’m happy with it

"Honestly, the wood quality kind of blew my mind"
I was not expecting to be this impressed, but wow. The wood feels really solid and smooth, not flimsy or cheap at all. When I saw it in person I was like, okay, this is way nicer than I thought it would be. I’ve been wearing it a ton and somehow it still looks amazing. I may be slightly obsessed.

"Nice gift, but I’m not totally sure"
I got this as a gift it does look nice. It’s nice enough in person, but the box felt kind of plain, which made it feel a little less special. The sizing was also a bit annoying to figure out, so I’m still not fully sure how I feel about it overall.

"Really nice craftsmanship, but instructions could be clearer"
The watch feels really solid, and the wood finish looks clean and well done. You can tell there was some real care put into making it, which I appreciate. I’m very happy with how it looks and feels overall, though I was expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer.

"Pretty accurate overall"
The watch literally looked just like the photos. The only thing I noticed was that the wood color was a tiny bit darker in person, but not a big deal.

"Easy return and exchange"
I had to return/exchange my watch because the sizing wasn’t quite right for me. To be fair, that can happen when ordering online, so I wasn’t upset about it. Woodwatch replied within a day and sent really clear steps for what to do next, which made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful.
The only small thing was that I had to double-check the return label details, but it got sorted without any hassle. The new watch arrived the following week and everything was fine, so I’m happy with how simple and fair the process was. 5 stars from me.

"Surprisingly comfortable so far"
I’ve only been wearing my woodwatch for a little while, so I can’t really say how it’ll hold up long term, but comfort-wise it’s been great. It’s lighter than I expected, and I can wear it through a full workday without really noticing it on my wrist. The strap feels smooth too, no rubbing or weird tight spots so far. Happy with it up to now

"Packaging was nicer than I expected"
I ordered a watch from woodwatch.com, and from what I remember, the packaging stood out right away in a good way. The box felt solid and had a clean look without being too fancy or overdone. Everything was packed securely, and opening it felt a little more special than I expected. Nothing was damaged or loose when I took it out, so overall I was really happy with it. Simple packaging, but done really well.

"To be fair, they did end up..."
To be fair, they did end up fixing the issue under warranty, so I can’t really complain about the final result. The only downside was that the replies were slow, and I had to wait longer than I expected between messages. Overall, it worked out, but the communication could’ve been quicker...

I got a wooden watch engraved it turned out really nice. It adds such a cool personal touch, right? I do wish there were a few more font options to choose from, because who doesn’t like having choices? But overall, I’m still really happy with it.
